CoStar Group - ASPCA Relocating To Atlas Terminals

The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) has signed two separate leases at the 15- acre industrial site known as Atlas Terminals in Glendale, NY. The 21-building site totals more than 500,000 square feet of mixed-use retail and manufacturing space located on Cooper Ave. and 80th St. in Queens.
