Mr. DiCapua’s expertise and experience in all phases of building ownership, asset management and operation has been instrumental to the company’s growth over the past 40 years. His focus has been in developing and maintaining a long standing tradition of innovation and excellence for Atco in the real estate community. He is on the boards of governors of both the Real Estate Board of New York and the Associated Builders & Owners of Greater New York and is on the boards of directors of the New York Building Congress and the Realty Advisory Board on Labor Relations. Mr. DiCapua has received much recognition for his many years of service to the industry. Most recently, he was honored as the Real Estate Man of the Year, received the Emma Lazarus Award from the Associated Builders & Owners of Greater New York, the Humanitarian Award from the Real Estate Board of New York and the Public Service Award from the New York Building Congress and Humanitarian Leadership Award by LaGuardia Community College.
