Peter L. DiCapua is Chief Operating Officer of Atco Properties &
Management, Inc. Peter’s expertise and experience in all phases
of building ownership, asset management and operation has been instrumental
to the growth of Atco Properties & Management, Inc. Over the past
34 years, he has helped build or played a major role in the development
of most of Atco’s subsidiaries and divisions.
Mr. DiCapua’s
participation and leadership in numerous real estate associations has
kept him at the forefront of the industry. He is on the Board of Governors
of both The Real Estate Board of New York and the Associated Builders
& Owners of Greater New York. He is also on the Board of Directors
of both the New York Building Congress and the Realty Advisory Board on
Labor Relations.
Mr. DiCapua
has been recognized for is many years of service to the industry. Some
of his recent achievements include being the recipient of the
Real Estate Management Man of the Year Award in recognition of
his dedication, professionalism, civic responsibility and contribution
to the betterment of the community.
He also received the Emma Lazarus Annual
Award from the Associated Builders & Owners
of Greater New York, Inc. acknowledging his role in helping New York City
remain the foremost financial city in the world. Finally, he was awarded
the Building Owners’ & Managers’ Association Outstanding
Member of the Year, in appreciation of his leadership skills and
his high level involvement in legislative issues.
