Kate Hemmerdinger Goodman

Kate Hemmerdinger-Goodman is the fourth generation of her family to take an active role in the company. Currently, she is a Senior Vice President of ATCO Properties and Management, Inc. As an integral member of the Senior Management Team, she runs the Human Resources Department, as well as overseeing both the Residential Management Division, and Atco Residential. Ms. Hemmerdinger-Goodman is also responsible for spearheading many of the company’s large projects. Previously, she worked for a major public relations firm and in the documentary department of CBS News, Inc.
Ms. Hemmerdinger-Goodman maintains a leadership role in a number of important community and charitable organizations. Some of her activities have included serving as a Board Member for Children for Children, as a committee member of the Hassenfeld Center, the Pediatric Oncology and Blood Disorder Center of New York University Hospital and as a co-chair of Brown University’s Manhattan Alumnae Interview Process – to name but a few.
Ms. Hemmerdinger-Goodman is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and a graduate of Brown University.
